Invited Papers and Call for Papers (CFP)

The U7Y Journal actively curates targeted research addressing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other critical academic paradigms. To facilitate the curation of this high-impact research, the following fee structure applies to targeted authors:

• Initial Submission Fee: CHF 29. To cover basic administrative handling, a symbolic, non-refundable submission fee is required at the time of uploading the manuscript.

• Article Processing Charge (APC): A standard 50% discount is automatically applied to accepted manuscripts submitted in response to a specific Call for Papers. For manuscripts formally invited by the Editorial Board, a discount of up to 100% on the APC is possible.

Standard Unsolicited Submissions

U7Y Journal applies a rigorous, multi-stage editorial evaluation process to all unsolicited manuscripts.

• Initial Submission Fee: CHF 29. To cover basic administrative handling and maintain high scholarly standards, a symbolic, non-refundable submission fee is required at the time of uploading the manuscript. This ensures all submissions receive proper administrative processing.

• Preliminary Editorial Assessment Fee: If a manuscript successfully passes the initial desk review by the Editor-in-Chief and is deemed suitable for formal double-blind peer review, a non-refundable Editorial Assessment Fee of CHF 2,000 is required before the manuscript is assigned to external reviewers. Payment of this fee covers the administrative and academic coordination of the review process but does not guarantee final acceptance.

• Article Processing Charge (APC): Upon successful peer review and final acceptance, an APC is applied at a rate of CHF 1 per word (minimum CHF 1,900; maximum CHF 5,000). This covers publication, open-access dissemination, DOI registration, and long-term digital preservation.
