Service Descriptions:

Initial Questionnaire Review: Initial review by an academic editor or research consultant, including general comments on clarity, wording, order, and basic structure    

Basic Validation with Preliminary Report: Academic validation with a preliminary report, including comments on research alignment, question suitability, response options, and methodological clarity     

Advanced Validation with Detailed Report: Advanced validation with a detailed report, including detailed methodological comments, section review, scale suitability, and improvement recommendations.

 

Service Start Time

Regular: Work starts within 30 working days after acceptance and payment.

Priority: Work starts within 10 working days after acceptance and payment.

Urgent: Work starts within 1 working day after acceptance and payment, subject to availability.

 

Service Completion Time

Regular: Completion within 4 weeks after work starts.

Priority: Completion within 2 weeks after work starts. Extra fee: +50% of the regular fee.

Urgent: Completion within 1 week after work starts. Extra fee: +100% of the regular fee.

 

Who Reviews the Questionnaire?

The review is completed by an academic editor, research consultant, academic reviewer, or expert panel depending on the service level requested.

Initial Questionnaire Review: Usually completed by one academic editor or research consultant

Basic Validation with Preliminary Report: Usually completed by one academic reviewer or, where needed, more than one reviewer depending on the field

Advanced Validation with Detailed Report: May include advanced review by academic reviewers or an expert panel depending on the research field and complexity

Panel-based questionnaire validation is available upon request and may be quoted separately depending on the number of reviewers, academic level, research field, questionnaire length, and required report format.

 

Submission and Assessment Fee

A non-refundable submission and assessment fee of CHF 100 is required before the questionnaire is reviewed and before a final quotation is prepared.

This fee covers the initial administrative review of the request, including checking the questionnaire length, academic level, research field, required service, deadline, and suitability for the service.

The submission and assessment fee does not include questionnaire review, validation, consultation, editing, translation, formatting, or any other academic support service.

After the initial assessment, the client will receive a final quotation. Work starts only after the quotation is accepted and the required service fee is paid.

Can you create a questionnaire for me?
