U7Y

Publication Frequency & Archives

All content is permanently archived and preserved on multiple secure servers to ensure long-term digital preservation.

This policy outlines the official long-term preservation and archiving framework for the Unveiling Seven Continents Yearbook Journal (U7Y Journal). To uphold the highest standards of academic stewardship, quality assurance, and global accessibility, the journal employs a hybrid archiving strategy. This dual-layered approach combines a continuous online publication model with decentralized physical archiving across an international network of institutional libraries.

Continuous Online Publication and Digital Preservation

The U7Y Journal prioritizes the rapid dissemination of peer-reviewed research through a continuous online publication model.

  • Immediate Release & Citation: All accepted articles are published online immediately upon acceptance, without waiting for a formal issue release. Each article is instantly assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and full citation details.

  • Primary Digital Archive: A comprehensive digital repository of all published manuscripts is permanently maintained natively on the U7Y online platform to ensure centralized retrieval for the international research community.

  • Redundant Digital Mirror: To guarantee digital redundancy and expand institutional reach, the entire online archive is mirrored and securely hosted in the United Arab Emirates on the VBNN FZE LLC online library.

Annual Volume Compilation

At the conclusion of each calendar year, all articles published under the continuous online model are formally compiled into a single official Volume (Year) and Issue (Annual).

  • Indexing Uniformity: Articles are systematically organized by Volume and Issue.

  • Citable Record: This annual compilation ensures structured archiving and creates a permanent, definitive, and easily citable record of all research published throughout the year.

Physical Archiving and Global Distribution

To mitigate the risks of digital obsolescence, server outages, and unauthorized digital alteration, the annual Volume and Issue is professionally printed at the end of each year. These physical master copies form an immutable archival record.

To prevent localized catastrophic loss, the U7Y Journal mandates the decentralized distribution of these annual physical volumes to the following five designated global repositories:

  1. Luzern, Switzerland: The U7Y Journal Central Office (Master administrative archive).

  2. Zurich, Switzerland: The library of Autonoms Academy GmbH.

  3. Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The library of ISB Management Training Institute LLC.

  4. Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan: The library of Swiss International University LLC.

  5. Riga, Latvia: The library of Baltic Amber Sea Academy LLC

Policy Compliance and Quality Assurance

This continuous digital and decentralized physical archiving protocol ensures that the U7Y Journal remains in strict compliance with the transparency, permanence, and accessibility standards required by global accreditation bodies and indexing frameworks. All physical and digital deposits must be completed within the first quarter of the subsequent calendar year following the annual compilation.
