Submission and Assessment Fee
A non-refundable submission and assessment fee of CHF 100 is required before the document is reviewed and before a final quotation is prepared.
This fee covers the initial administrative review of the request, including checking the document type, academic level, word count, required service, deadline, and suitability for our academic support services.
The submission and assessment fee of 100 CHF (non-refundable) does not include editing, proofreading, consultation, formatting, or any other academic support service.
After the initial review, the client will receive a final quotation. Work starts only after the quotation is accepted and the required service fee is paid.

Quotation and Payment
A CHF 100 non-refundable submission and assessment fee is required before the document is reviewed. This fee covers the initial administrative assessment and preparation of the quotation. It is not part of the editing, proofreading, consultation, formatting, or academic support service fee.
A final quotation is provided before work starts. Prices depend on document length, academic level, language quality, complexity, deadline, formatting requirements, and the level of support requested.
Work begins only after the quotation is accepted and the required service payment is completed.
For urgent or express requests, availability must be confirmed before acceptance.
Eligibility
Our published fees are available for eligible members of VBNN Education Group and its affiliated institutions. Eligible applicants include students, learners, academic staff, lecturers, researchers, alumni and authors
External applicants, including students from other institutions, independent researchers, private authors, professionals, and organizations, may also apply for our academic support services. For external applicants, an additional 25% external applicant surcharge may apply.
