Scope of the Journal
U7Y.com publishes high-quality research, reviews, and applied studies across all business disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, and Entrepreneurship

• Business Education, Teacher Preparation, and Instructional Innovation

• International Business, Global Trade, and Technology in Education

We welcome original research, applied studies, and teaching-focused scholarship from scholars, practitioners, and graduate researchers worldwide.

Manuscript Length

• Articles should be 3,000–7,000 words for U7Y.com, depending on article type.

  • Research Articles: 5,000–7,000 words

  • Case Studies / Short Reports: 3,000–4,500 words

• Word count excludes references, tables, and appendices.

 

Formatting Requirements

• Abstract: Maximum 150 words, single-spaced, with 4–7 keywords.

• References: Follow APA 7th Edition style. Include in-text citations for every reference.

• Tables/Figures: Insert within the text, properly labeled using APA style.

• Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced, 1-inch margins.

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) preferred.

 

Title Page

Submit as a separate file containing:

• Article title

• Author names, affiliations, and email addresses

• Name of corresponding author

• Acknowledgment of funding or institutional support (if applicable)

• Statement: “This manuscript is original, not published, and not under review elsewhere.”

 

Anonymity for Peer Review

Ensure blind review by removing all author identifiers:

• In the manuscript text: Replace names with “Author” where citations refer to your own work.

• In document properties: Use Word’s Inspect Document or Remove Personal Information features before submission.

 

Ethics & Compliance

• If research involved human subjects or required ethics approval, state this clearly.

• Articles must be original; plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

 

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, ensure:

• Manuscript meets word count and formatting requirements

• Title page is submitted separately

• Abstract and keywords are included

• Tables and figures are correctly placed

• File has been anonymized for blind review

 

Copyright

Authors retain copyright but grant U7Y.com the right to publish and disseminate the work in print and digital formats. Excerpts may be reused by the author with acknowledgment of the original publication.
