Author Guidelines

The Unveiling Seven Continents Yearbook Journal (U7Y Journal) welcomes original research articles, reviews, and academic contributions across diverse disciplines. To maintain the highest academic standards, authors are requested to follow these guidelines:

1. Manuscript Formatting

   • All manuscripts must be prepared in English using the journal’s standard template.

   • The structure should include:

     • Title

     • Author Names & Affiliations

     • Abstract (200–250 words)

     • 3–6 Keywords

     • Main Text (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion)

     • References (APA or Harvard Style)

   • Word count should typically be 3,000–7,000 words unless otherwise specified.

2. Ethics & Conflicts of Interest

   • Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.

   • Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.

   • Research involving human or animal subjects must comply with relevant ethical standards and include approval details where applicable.

3. Data Availability

   • Authors are encouraged to make datasets, codes, or supplementary materials available upon request unless restricted by confidentiality or ethical regulations.

4. Plagiarism Screening

   • All manuscripts undergo plagiarism checks using leading tools (e.g., iThenticate, Turnitin).

   • Manuscripts exceeding 15% similarity (excluding references) may be returned for revision or rejected.

5. Submission Process

   • Submissions should be made through the official U7Y Journal submission system or via the email address listed on the website.

Reviewer Guidelines

Reviewers play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of published research.

1. Reviewer Selection

   • Reviewers are chosen based on subject expertise, research experience, and absence of conflicts of interest.

2. Evaluation Criteria

   • Originality and relevance of the research

   • Clarity and organization

   • Methodological rigor

   • Ethical compliance

   • Contribution to knowledge in the field

3. Review Timeline

   • Reviews should typically be completed within 4 weeks of invitation acceptance.

4. Confidentiality & Ethics

   • Manuscripts under review are confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, use, or distribute the content in any form.
