Abstract and Poster Explanation
This poster examines the importance of AI in the digital economy. AI is found in e-commerce, FinTech, digital platforms, logistics, customer service, market analysis, digital marketing, fraud response, pricing, and product development. These applications highlight the growing economic importance of AI in digital transformation.
This poster argues that AI can increase efficiency, improve services, extend personalization, improve customer experience, and support data-based decision-making. In the digital economy, AI is especially valuable because data is constantly created and exchanged through numerous services. AI helps convert data into insights and supports automated and predictive services.
The digital economy is a network of consumers, digital service providers, e-commerce, logistics, digital platforms, and payment systems. It is also connected to economic activity, services, research, and data governance. In this network, AI is a logical business tool because it helps automate and improve digital services on an economic scale.
AI is important to e-commerce, logistics, and digital economy development. However, risks are also associated with AI services in the digital economy. AI presents ethical challenges, especially in data governance, system complexity, privacy, and personalized services. AI is valuable when it is properly governed and responsibly directed. It can support better services and systemic development in the digital economy.
